ABOUT

Living in Pembrokeshire is a big part of who I am and what I do.  I am a maker and don't like to limit myself to one area of creativity.  I have always painted, knitted and crocheted, but on beginning a degree in Design Studies in 2017, I not only strengthened the things I had always done, but discovered many new creative paths to take.

My love for colour and big skies, of which in Pembrokeshire we are spoilt for choice, remains and now having unearthed a passion for pattern and print, I enjoy to express my ideas in several different processes.

Print holds an element of 'suddenly', more than a bit of held breath and bucket loads of unexpectedness.  No two prints are the same and that can either be disaster or delight.

I will never lose my enthusiasm for paint, I paint in both acrylics and oils enjoying the different qualities they bring, but now I have the choice of what will lend it self to the outcome I want to achieve.
