reflections
The day started off with an interview, which may materialise in my Wednesdays being slightly more structured...we will see.
The afternoon, among other things contained some painting time, and this is what is currently on my easel. Inspired by a photograph taken on Milford marina. Its nice as a study, and without the subject in the picture, the refelctions become quite abstract.
This is an absolute joy to paint, I think it is the colour and flow of the shapes, not a subject that I would normally do, but such an escape. I have a plan for it, and am looking forward to framing and hanging it when it is finished.
